Free Yourself Of Past Life Ties…
One Woman’s Amazing Story

By Deborah Lindemann CHT

Linda was a bright and articulate woman, passionate about the arts, theatre and in particular her love for operatic singing. She came to see me, hoping to break through a possible past life barrier that prevented her from performing on a professional level. She grew up in a musically adept family, so performance and music were not new to her, but something was holding her back.

In this lifetime she had always practiced as a lyric soprano, yet in reality her voice was naturally fuller, heavier and lower, more of a mezzo-soprano. She began to wonder if she were struggling to recreate something she had been in a past life, something that was not natural for her now. As much as she loved to perform, there was always a fear. When the spotlight would shine on her, there was an underlying sense of unspeakable horror. Often she had throat problems or became sick just before performing. Why the struggle? What unfinished memories did she carry forward into this life?

As in most sessions, I regressed her to the source of the problem. What unfolded for her was an amazing past life during WWII in Austria. Her name was Mia Werber. She was an Austrian opera singer who sang in both Vienna and Paris. Mia was Jewish and quite outspoken about her dislike of Hitler. During that time period, Hitler was invading Paris, and in the middle of a performance on stage, Mia was arrested and taken to a Nazi prison camp.

Linda discovered that as Mia, she was quite a survivor. What saved her, at least for a period of time, was her beautiful voice. She was invited to sing and entertain the German officers while in the concentration camp. She knew that as long as she sang, and as long as she was good, she’d live. The flip side was that if she wasn’t good enough, if she became ill, she would probably be killed. Eventually her health did fail. She suffered from a viral respiratory problem in her throat and lungs and perished in Auschwitz.

At the end of the session I asked Linda if she saw a relationship between her current life and her drive to sing, and her past life in Austria. Linda’s eyes opened widely, “Yes, I do. All this time I’ve unconsciously felt that if I didn’t sing, something terrible would happen. I didn’t understand the unspeakable horror that came over me, even as I did the very thing I loved most. Now I do. As long as I kept singing I would be all right. My throat problems would erupt when I was feeling most fearful, and now I understand that relates to my past life”.

Linda was finally able to release her fear of singing in this lifetime, as she was able to see that her fear had no relevance to her life here and now.

Like many of my clients who choose Past Life exploration, Linda found she was able to release these past life ties and live her life more fully.
