Healthy fats help you stay full longer and satiate your hunger and eat less. If you're serious about weight loss and better health, you still need to eliminate as many high carb foods from your diet as you can, such as bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc. The good news is these healthy fats help your body and your brain work better and the result is feeling better and losing weight.
