or a week of sleeping four or five hours a night, impairs you as much as a blood alcohol level of .1%. If you chronically sacrifice sleep for work, you might as well drink a six-pack while you're on the job. Your performance can't get much worse.

Are you a student? Have you gone back to school to learn a new trade or expand your degree? As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I work with a lot of clients who are doing just that. Many people have issues with comprehension, test anxiety and just general confidence around school.  


Not only does the latest research show caffeine helps you remember more, but as an added benefit, who would guess that moderate caffeine intake is associated with better longevity and a reduction in Alzheimer's disease.
