Say Goodbye To Old Negative Emotions And Limiting Beliefs

Do you experience feelings of anger, sadness, or fear that seem unwarranted? Are you dragging around inappropriate guilt that is sabotaging your life?
If you’ve answered yes to any of these, you are not alone and there is help. Anger, for example, is one of the most destructive emotions to our body and spirit. In fact JAMA, Journal of the American Medical Association, wrote in June of 1996 that negative emotions such as anger have been found to contribute to heart attacks and heightened cholesterol.
Recently, a lovely woman in her fifties walked into my office to release the anger she’d carried most of her life. Margaret (pseudonym) confided that she had such anger inside that little things her husband would say would anger her to the point of not speaking to him for months at a time. Obviously this was not good for either of them. Through an amazing process known as "Timeline Therapy", she discovered the root cause of her anger began at age six. More importantly, she permanently released her lifelong anger in one session.
Timeline is a light form of hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) that quickly and permanently eliminates inappropriate negative emotions, phobias, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and limiting beliefs such as, "I’m not good enough" or "I can’t make enough money". This technique is simple, requires only a light state of hypnosis, and most importantly doesn’t require you to relive any unpleasant details. And here’s a big plus; when you release the negative programming in the root cause, it changes and re-evaluates all the other events in your life that were a ripple affect of that first negative experience, as well as all the way out into your future!
In traditional hypnotherapy, as well as psychotherapy, the therapist and the client often have to work on healing each event from the earliest forward. That can take months or years.
Many clients ask me afterwards how something so simple can work. There are several theories, but the primary reason is due to the actual language used in the process. The language suggests change and is a language your subconscious mind understands and takes in readily. In order for your subconscious mind to understand what is being said, it has already made the change, as a result of interpreting the meaning of the words. Amazing!
My client Margaret said that as she thought back on events that use to anger her, it was as though someone had switched the anger button off. These old memories were now simply memories without any negative reaction. This is not to say that she condoned what happened, but simply was free of the negative affects. Later she shared how she ran into some old friends she was angry with, people she would normally have avoided, and to her surprise she comfortably said hello.

It is important to say that Timeline Therapy does not replace the need for psychotherapy or psychiatry in cases of deep emotional traumas or psychosis.
